It's a 3day holiday here in The Netherlands.England used to celebrate Whitsun/Pentecost didn't they? Or am i imagining things?

I think some bright spark decided that it moved around too much so it was reassigned to the end of the month.
We have a long weekend here too, in theory. In my case I have to work because I promised to translate some text and the authors dragged their heels so long that it wasn´t ready for me until Friday, giving me only a week to do it. I am not a happy bunny at all.
