Have done a look up could do with knowing his dob and where he fits in to the tree.

here is the look up and info....

Hi Whatever your name is

His father's name and his and father's occupation would be on his marriage certificate so obtaining that should be your first step :-)

So yes if you click on that link you will notice that I have actually done the look up and now the way we run this is we find out his dob
via census bapt etc and his parents via census bapt etc.

I must go to the archives one of the days
wonder where they am!
