Could be son of John Round and Emma as in 1861 Census siblings are born in Warley Wigorn Worcs.
also John Round has left by 1871 Census

the word dead is under John Round but must be that one you found mumbles cos occup is good.
sometimes marriage info on certif is suspect....they put dead and it is an error
I would go with that one if t'were me :wink:
