So, I think that is Elizabeth Weaver living next to her sister Mary Burgoyne. I think that Mary Ann who marriage you found is living with the Burgoynes in 1891 but she is the illegitimate dau of Elizabeth Weaver. As is Rose I suppose? only she gets included in the Burgoyne family in 1901. Bit complicated innit?
