They were first cousins - their fathers, Ezra and Vincent, were brothers.

Henrietta's parents were Vincent Dunn and Sarah Ann nee Cole who were married at Holy Trinity Church, Wordsley:
11-01-1852 Vincent Dunn of full age, bachelor, Nailer of Moor Lane, son of Silas Dunn, Nailer, m. Sarah Ann Cole, 20, spinster of Moor Lane, daughter of William Cole, Nailer. By Banns. He signed name, she made mark. Wits: Benjamin Green & Myra Cole.
