Re: William Ashmore
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

The only one I can see is this, could it be that Charlotte as been mistranscribed.
1851. Double Row, Dudley.
Wiliam Ashmore 37. Labourer. Droitwich, Worcestershire, not to far from Elmley Lovett.
Elizabeth Ashmore 34. Dudley.
Ann Ashmore 5. Dudley.

Re: 1851 Census for William Ashmore
From the Enumeration District description 1851
All that part of the Parish of Dudley which comprises part of the Chapelry District at Saint Andrews called Darby End commencing at "Oak Inn" and thence to end of road leading into Halesowen Road terminating at houses adjouring Stable belonging to Mr Budge, and also from "Oak Inn" to end of Road leading into Northfield Road terminating at Chapel, and also road leading from Chapel to Withymore terminating at Brook including Darby's Innkeeper. Also Belper row and Double row both sides including houses at the back.
Had this on file as some of my lot lived in the Belper.
