Hi Pete, all the Brierley Hill ones are St Michaels, the main Parish Church in Brierley Hill. Noticed your Jesse Snr address was Mount Pleasant that is near Thorns where Jeremiah Webb lived.

jesse and joseph are brother also think jeremiah and enoch are brothers to them as well,
as one of jerimiah gkid and ggkid are buried in the family grave belong to joseph and ann also all have parent richard and sarah

I don't think the Parish Records for Mount Pleasant have survived. But a Richard Webb was a Trustee there in 1829 & a Frank Webb in 1907.
