Entering children on BC Tree

Post by Annie »

Hi help please, when entering children to a father who had two marriages, if two chldren were born to 1st wife and four to 2nd wife do you list the children as 1st child born and last one as 6th child born , or do you put 1st & 2nd to first wife and 1st and 4th to 2nd wife. :?

Now I understand what I am trying to say but not sure if I have made it clear enough for others to understand so please forgive me if you can't and I will try and word it better.

i dont bother putting in 1st 2nd etc as you dont no who going to crop up
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

When you enter both wives it allows you to add specific kids to either family
so I dont bother within each family with child 1 2 etc
but up to you if you do within each unit
