Its shocking people can say that!!!
Its terrible.

I was talking to my husband about this the other day. But we were also saying, well around here, we dont see packs of dogs running around like we used to.
My husbands parents as well as my parents were sometimes guilty, when we were younger, just to let the dog out on its own. :shock:
