Mary Jane Gadd who married John Tromans Clent 1846 Lily's grandmother appears on many of the census records as Mary Jane Lived in Lawrence Lane Reddal hill and Lomley - town lots of kids

Yes I think she used Mary Jane or Jane as suited
the names of her kids echoe her parents names too.
and the age for her in different census is good

Hi Peter, snap, also received a message from a distant relation in Perth, Alfred Priest and Eliza Willetts, who are her Grandparents, she gave me this information:-

Alfred Priest Married a Mary?
They had 2 daughters

Alfred then Married Eliza Willetts, their son was Albert Priest who Married Lily Willetts.
Daughter of Albert Priest and Lily Willetts Constance Olive b 13.12.1909 Married Samuel Wm Smith b Cradley Heath 24.7.1904 Marriage 21.11.1931 St Michaels Langley.

I then have their children but think they are still living.

Albert's Maternal Grandparents were William Willetts and Hannah (maybe Bissell.)

My contact is also questioning Mary Jane Gadd and Jane Gadd, is she one of the same? Linell.

here a little bit more we can add unless jenni makes herself a member and adds to the info we got, carnt see much more we can do but archive it till look ups are done ?

I have a look up to do that will tell us the father of Eliza Willetts

but how will that tell us if Hannah Bissell is the mother

If you go into your second link an click on Frederick son of William and Hannah Bissell who is married to Elizabeth Willetts you will see in the comments that Elizabeth was living next to her mother Betsy Willetts b1821 in Pear Tree Lane. in 1851 Hannah and William are living somewhere else. Not sure how to post a link. Just thought it might tie in. Suki

the one jimmy put on wasnt them as i found them in 1881 and no mary with them

think betsy and eliza poss sis in laws but need betsy husband thats why i was wanting that census 71 will do just as good both better
