Thirza Dunn, age 9 is the daughter of Thirza and Jesse Dunn. It appears that when Thirza the elder died in 1854 after giving birth to Keturah, that the other kids were farmed out for a period of time until some point after Jesse remarried to Priscilla.

The Downing name caught my eye because I think that there was a Downing as a guest/boarder in one of the earlier posts about the Willetts in Pittsburgh
