Yep that's George and he remarried Clara Pennell

And went on to have George b Crowley @1891
Gordon & Sidney @1895 twins who died in ww1 both buried in France
Gladys @1896
Doris @1900


Marriage to Emma Nicholls
Witnesses were Charles Edwin Heath and (Matilda Poole ? Think that's what it reads )
Both Emma and George of scholefield st Duddestone

That clinches is then doesnt it?
For some reason the other children named themseklves Johns middle name as surname!

stems from here:
1841 Census: High St. Dudley.
Louisa BODEN's parents were James BODEN b.1801 &
Mary BODEN b.1796.
Record on IGI(Fam.Search)
James BOWDEN married Mary NICHOLLS

Sidney Crowley died killed in action ww1 19.7.16 age 21
Richard Gordon Crowley died off wounds ww1 11.6.1916 age 21
We're both in gloustershire regiment both buried in France

Parents Richard Crowley birmingham nov 1836/7 married 25/12/1885
Fanny Beardmore 1837 Birmingham
