My Great Grandmother Florence Henrietta had 4 sisters

Elizabeth Emily Arminger
Emma Louisa Arminger
Eleanor Jannett Arminger
and Miriam Davis Arminger (Minnie)

It would appear that Elizabeth Emily Arminger married William Francis Roberts in Sept Qtr 1875, but I am unable to find them on the census.

Can't seem to find Eleanor Jannett either.

This is interesting. So Eleanor Jannett had a daughter called Eleanor Jane. I have checked this and it would appear that there was a twin called Henry. Both died at birth or shortly after.

I know she had a daughter called Eleanor Florence Arminger born 16/1/1886 and baptised 3/8/1894. Father Arthur Roberts. I cannot find any record of her marrying Arthur or anybody else.

Thanks for finding out so much info for me. I am a little confused (nothing new there!)

Can you find any death records for Emma Louisa Philpot? I can't seem to find anything. Did her sister Eleanor Jannett then marry Robert Philpot and they had more children? Am I right in assuming that Jessie Eva Arminger (really Philpot) is Eleanor (Ellen's) child with Robert?

Why is my family so complicated. I only started this to find out about my Grandfather - which is proving impossible, but now I'm hooked!!
