It looks to me the first number as been over written with a 3.

Looked like to me 30 was put down then 27 on top?

I think it's 27, because the number 7 has been written through the line

Are they rounding ages up, i.e. 27 would be 30?

It looks to me like a 30 overwritten with 27! (I think you have just about every formulation there Jimmy)
