Isaiah Holt not on bcc
but it looks like he married twice :-
1896 Stourbridge to Sarah Ann Dickens
and 1903 to Mary Green Stourbridge

Cannot see any connection to Beatrice Holt but will keep looking

Then it gets complicated as :-

1901 Census 24 Stour Hill Quarry Bank Stourbridge Worcs.
James Bagley Head (s) Chain Maker
Mary Green sister (wid) Brickmaker
George Bagley brother 12
Joseph Pearson boarder 21 (m) Pudler
Sarah Ann Pearson boarder 20 (m)
All born Quarry Bank Staffs.

so it appears that Mary Bagley ( widow Green) married Isaiah Holt
