ARC TBC............Stevens Connections around Rowley Regis

My GG grandfather Joseph Stevens B1849 rowley regis came to NZ in 1877 with his brother James and sister Sarah - they were assisted immigrants.
I have traced Joseph back through the generations and lots of connections in the BC. They were a chainmaking and farming family
I often find a connection where a Stevens marries into another family but no details going back, only what I have discovered from afar.
I found Joseph living with his mother in 1861 census on Corngreaves Rd. His parents Edward Stevens B1817 and Carolyn Swift.
Edwards parents were John Stevens B1788 Halesowen and Olivia Billingham - I found John Stevens and Co in a couple of directories but am keen to know more.
Johns parents were Edward Stevens B1765 Kingswinford and Phebe Rhodes. Their children married into Fellows, Grove, Bloomer Connop families and lots of history has unfolded.
This is a brief summary!
I'm keen to make connections and clarify older generations. Plus be great to know of any living Stevens.

Couldn't find a baptism for John listed on BCC born about 1830?

Jesse Stephens buried 5.3.1839 aged 45

There doesn't seem to have been many Stevens/Stephens in Cradley in this time frame, they probably all connect.
