Sometimes they marry and baptise at both a non-conformist and C of E church.

Looking at the actual Parish Register, Page 160 entry No: 652 reads.

"William Son of James and Rachel Perry of the Parish of Rowley and county of Stafford baptised Feb 19th 1806."

Looking at the actual Parish Register, Page 184 entry No: 874 reads.

"Josiah Son of James and Rachel Perry of the Parish of Rowley and county of Stafford baptised Feb 4th 1810. by Ditto (Rev. B. Carpenter)."

So the description of the parents is identical. So I would say they are siblings.

It is not unusual for non-conformists to have their children re-christened or re-baptised if they change Christian denomination, say from Presbyterian to Anglican.

So the 1812 Willaim is quite possibly the same as the 1806 William.

At same Presbyterian Chuch are a John and Sarah Perry who aslo have a Josiah.

Looking at the parish register, there is this entry that appears to be a brother of WIlliam and Josiah.

"Thomas Son of James and Rachel Perry of the Parish of Rowley and county of Stafford baptised September 13th 1807."

And a sister? Notice parish has changed to Cradely....

"Elizabeth Daughter of James and Rachel Perry of the Parish of Cradely and county of Stafford baptised June 15th 1817."
