A Richard Siviter was convicted of sheep stealing on the 5th March 1851 at the Worcester assizes. He was sentenced to 7 years transportation. That is probably the bloke in the 1851 census. Another Richard Siviter along with a Philip Fellows and William Bagley were convicted of burglary in 1821 and sentenced to death. I might chase him up to see if he is on the same branch....
