Can't him, there may be a transcription error,
He's not with Lois either.

1911 Census: 8 Gorsty Hill, Halesowen.
Charles WHITE hd.42 Coal Miner Loader b.Gloucester.
SylviaWHITE wife 45 marr: 19 yrs. b.Rowley Regis.
Lois WHITE dau. 19 Iron Gas Pipe Hook Maker b.Rowley Regis.
LauraWHITE dau.12 b.Rowley Regis.
Voilet May ADAMS G/dau.3 b.Halesowen.
Millicent ADAMS G/dau. 1 b.Halesowen.
John Robinson boarder 30 Lab. b.Halesowen.
2 children born. 2 living.

(Who do the Grandchildren belong to????)

Thanks for looking SS, just looked at his Short Service Attestation Record (13591 - Hampshire Regiment) he is age 23 and it states his address as 74 Hackett St in 1914
