Re-New or Re- Spray?

Post by mallosa »

We've been thinking of changing our kitchen units which we've had for about 15 years but after looking at quite a few, I'm not sure now :?
The one's we have are really solid compared to some that I've seen, it's just that we'd like something lighter.

Has anyone had their's or know of anyone who have had them professionally re-sprayed?
If you would like to have your ancestors photo's included in our Gallery, please send me a pm.

My parents did that, they had MDF ones made to match their units, and Dad painted them himself with gloss paint anf paintbrush.
If you do (spray) paint yourself, it's worth waiting a bit before remounting them so the paint has a chance to harden properly!

A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

Too big a job Pete, although I have sprayed our fireplace in the dining room and that's o'k

Cos the darker wood shelves/trims would show through if I had white which i'm thinking of.
