I think this is Samuel with Parents in 1871 down as Peper on ancestry
and I think that is fanny and ada with them

not sure on that one ...

I think from memory we had the marriage at Sandwell regis office and the name Piper was odd or his name was diferent.

if that marriage has father ebenezer then that is our Samuel

do we have Samuel and fanny in later census after 1881 pls


and especially the 1911 pls someone

I think he is a Samuel John ......and there is this

and this

I cant see a death for Samuel between 1881 and 1891

and on 1891 Fanny is down as wid.

it isnt this one
this one has a father Joseph Piper and William is a Safe maker not a tailor.
and Fanny is aged 47 in 1890 and William is aged 25 in 1890
so not ours
