I'm not sure about this...

Joseph Bellingham (IGI extracted)
Birth:
17 JAN 1841
Christening:
31 JAN 1841 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, England

Parents:
Father: THOMAS BELLINGHAM Family
Mother: SARAH

1841 census Dudley
Thomas Bellingham 35 abt 1806 n
Sarah Bellingham 30 abt 1811 y
James Bellingham 9 abt 1832 y
Joseph Bellingham 5 Mo abt 1841 y
Ellen Southall 11 abt 1830 n
Ann Southall 7 abt 1834 n

The Southall girls are at the same address. Joseph's age fits with the entry above, given a census date in June.

1851 census Dudley
Thomas Bellingham Head 46 abt 1805 M (Male) Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England
Sarah Bellingham Wife 40 abt 1811 F (Female) Dudley, Worcestershire, England
James Bellingham Son 18 abt 1833 M (Male) Dudley, Worcestershire, England
Joseph Bellingham Son 10 abt 1841 M (Male) Dudley, Worcestershire, England

A possible bapt for Ellen Southall would fit

Event(s):
Birth:
Christening:
25 JAN 1829 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, England
Parents:
Mother: SARAH SOUTHALL

But that would not account for Ann Southall, and the surname is more like Bellingham than Billingham in the census.
