its been snowing since about 4pm now its getting colder starting to lie, anywhere else got snow ?

Sun's shinning, not a cloud in the sky, colder than it has been though with frost at night. They keep threatening snow, but it's not arrived yet!!

I was threatened with a fine this afternoon for cleaning my car on my driveway!!!
A copper who lives over the road came over to me and told me it was prohibited to wash one's car in public placesI
I was warned that next time i would be fined! Can you believe it? Unbelievable or not?
It's bad for the milieu and as of last month prohibited you either have to use a car wash or let your car get dirty.
What on earth are we doing? :? :(
