I am looking for a marriage for Mary Oliver to some with a surname Crow she went on to marry William Ashmore 1859 Dudley from that marriage certificate she was a widow with the surname Crow her father was James Oliver deceased. I have found a possible marriage to Thomas Crow Apr-Jun 1850 Kidderminster v18 p543, would Dudley hold the records for this marriage ?
