Just had a look at this family on BCC. I have checked, as you I'm sure you have done, the National and Local GRO records, and there is no record of a marriage between Solomon Danks and Eliza Jones. I know from personal experience that some local records don't always make it to the National Office, but our local records on West Midlands BMD are complete up to 2005 for the Dudley area.

The only record seems to be the marriage on IGI, which someone has no doubt made up to make their family tree look good.

I have cousins in Utah who are Mormans and they told me that when someone requests to join the Mormon church, they are asked to produce their family tree with at least five generations. These appear on the IGI as submitted by a member of the church and some of them have to be taken with a big pinch of salt.
