Charles and Amelia Cooper ARC TBC?

Hi everyone

I am trying to trace the family of Charles Cooper born about 1835 in Walsall. I have only been able to find Charles after 1881 where he is living with his wife Amelia in Orchard Street, Oldbury.

I have been unable to find Charles before 1881 and cannot find a marriage between him and Amelia. I would like to find out who the parents of Charles and Amelia were if possible.

Any help is appreciated!

They are in Orchard Street in 1891, not 1881.

Have you found anything in 1871? Two of their children should be alive in 1871 but Amelia might not be her real name.
