If we think that James and Joseph are bros with a bit of luck the father will be on James marriage
and help us with Joseph...

Ok... will do that...... I'll order the birth cert for Eli (son of James Priest and Mary (unknown)) MY ELI Priest... was born to Joseph Priest and Rosannah Raybould-Priest...and he is our direct line.. I'd still like to sort out the family..and this cert may clarify... thanks for the heads up

you can order from Sandwell regis office and say you only want it if father is a James Priest
and mother Mary

cos there are 2 born 1854 one March qtr
one June qtr

I think the one we are after is June qtr....but the local regis office is very helpful and if you say fathers name
they should be able to help you.

Do let us know wont you it is driving us all mad!

Yes... I ordered the AMJQ birth reg'n given the christening date of June 25th... and yes... everyone has been very helpful... I
thanks.

Added that lot here

but I think that William dies in 1843.

The one that is a witness on marriage for James is here

I think Wm and James are bros
not sure Joseph is.

Connected up though while we work on them.
