I saw a programme on TV about Richard, he had the most appalling upbringing, but was a very talented artist and made his way out of Cradley Heath, went to Art School either in Birmingham or London, some of his Art Work is often for sale on line.

Lawrence and Raymonds parents were Hilda Homer and Nelson Billingham, they kept the grocers shop in Meadow Walk, Cradley Heath in the 1940's. Before that they kept a shop on the corner of Upper High Street and Meredith Street Cradley Heath opposite where the new Salvation Army building is now.
