Re: Enoch Massey born 1871
Bit of a change going from Staffordshire to Cairns.....
Days on end of 35 degrees and 90% humidity....
Crocodiles, snakes, jelly fish, not so friendly natives....
Wet season where nothing can move in the torrential rains.
I always wonder why on earth people chose far north Queensland or Western Australia over the relatively pleasant Southern States.
Those who stayed thrived and only a few woosed out to join us Mexicans.

Thanks RF I will add that to Bcc.
Caroline I can't add all that info you have given to Bcc as not got the time
and need to double check anything given before adding it.
But it is useful info and anyone putting in a search on the computer should be led to here so it won't go to waste

If you have anything on Alice Bradney re her birth certif do let me know
opening up thread think we have father on Bcc so with a bit of luck we can connect
