John Plant and son Joseph b 1873

Post by Northern Lass »

Can we find Joseph b 1873 pls on census pre marriage he marries 1897
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =554625566

on Census in 1901 he is with Simeon Ruston his wifes step father
he is born Barrow Lancs

where is he on 1881 and 1891 pls

and does he connect somehow to Richmond Plant?

Because.....I think...Joseph Lowe / Eber Lowe and Sarah Lowe all sibs and marry into the Poole/Ruston/ Plant line.
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =776630335

Simeon on 1871 is living near Brother in law Eber Lowe.
Eber Lowe marries Simeons sister Rebecca Ruston.

Simeon on 1881 is living near to Richmond Plant.Richmond Plant marries Sarah Lowe. Sarah Lowe is sister to Eber Lowe and Joseph Lowe.
Eber Lowe marries Simeons sister
Joseph Lowe marries Ann Poole and Ann Goes on to marry Simeon Ruston.

So is it just coincidence the Richmond Plant line

I have the marriages now Dennis courtesy of RF

cos on marriages both of them JOhn Plant father is Bricklayer same as on JOseph Plants
Elizabeth Bowater is one of the wits

so that one in 1881 looks good to me

I think Joseph Plant b 1873 and bro JOhn Plant b 1867 have father John Plant bricklayer and mother Mary

would really need birth for Joseph Plant

what you think Dennis?
will add to Bcc and put link on later

oh dont think the John Plant and Mary Southall is right one ....might be ...but both wids on and no fathers

The William Leese in Barrow connection is interesting. He was variously born in "Worsal", Kingswinford and Dudley c. 1841. In 1891:

William Leese Charlotte abt 1841 Dudley, Worcestershire, England Head Barrow in Furness, Lancashire
Charlotte Leese William abt 1843 Barrow, Lancashire, England Wife Barrow in Furness, Lancashire
Richard Leese William Charlotte abt 1873 Barrow, Lancashire, England Son Barrow in Furness, Lancashire
Ada Leese William, Charlotte abt 1875 Barrow, Lancashire, England Daughter Barrow in Furness, Lancashire

I wonder what his connection was with the Plants?
