I'd had the kids all day - been shopping for Elisabeth's skiing boots and Jonathan's new badminton set (with matching sweat bands) then up me mom's to make sure she's OK and take her some shopping up to the top of Oakham, then back to ASDA for a "create your own" pizza. After the pizza and a couple of glasses of Pinot - I was asleep by 9.30 - and I don't think it would have woken me if it had landed in the back garden.
There's no place like home ......

We had a huge meteor shower tonight!

I am always aware of expected metor storms and have a couple of telescopes ready to watch them.

But the one tonight caught everybody by surprise.

If I can't see in the morning and I get killed by a walking plant...it was nice knowing you all.
