With regards to adding to BCC .... do we still add the info. if it is submitted... but with a note?... or does it have to be extracted to add to BCC :?:

those bapts I have flagged have a look at on the old site see if it says extracted or submitted if
extracted you can add if submitted only add in notes not in template
