A close call

Post by Rob »

I had a brush with death last night!! The bulb had gone in the bathroom so i changed it.Whilst changing it i pulled the fitting out with the bulb.I thought nothing of it so popped a new bulb in and proceeded to put it back into the lamp socket.
Bang i fused the whole house and my hair stood on end.Scary!!
They came this afternoon to repair it.The fuse had gone in the sealed part of the fuse box.
Remind me next time to buy batteries for the torch.Mind you,it was only this morning i remembered my miners helmet i have upstairs that i wear now and again.Hands free and all that.

A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
