The Aunt in the 1891 census is Henrietta Stephens who marries Arthur Scriven in 1873.

1881 census transcription details for: 47, Shakspear Rd, Birmingham
National Archive Reference:
RG number: RG11 Piece: 2969 Folio: 42 Page: 21

Reg. District: Birmingham Sub District: Lady Wood
Parish: Birmingham Enum. District:
Ecclesiastical District: City/Municipal Borough:
Address: 47, Shakspear Rd, Birmingham
County: Warwickshire
Name Relation Condition Sex Age Birth Year Occupation , Disability Where Born
SCRIVEN, Arthur Head Married M 27 1854 Grocer Dudley Worcestershire
SCRIVEN, Henrietta Wife Married F 26 1855 Birmingham Warwickshire
SCRIVEN, Ellen Daughter Single F 6 1875 Scholar Birmingham Warwickshire
SCRIVEN, Ada Daughter Single F 4 1877 Scholar Birmingham Warwickshire
SCRIVEN, Mary Daughter Single F 2 1879 Birmingham Warwickshire
SCRIVEN, George Son Single M 0 1881 Birmingham Warwickshire

I can't find a Thomas Lee marrying a Stephens anywhere near Birmingham so is probably his wife's Aunt.
