I suspect that George Henry might be the child of one of the girls - probably Elizabeth? Elizabeth might be 'Phyllis' in this 1881?:

Put Unknown Unknown for one of the children then add in George
put a note on saying you are not sure which child he belongs to but he belongs
you believe to this family
