A few years ago when i first started doing my family tree i was in contact with a chap who forwarded me his tree to see if it linked at the time i couldnt see anything . I have just looked at his tree and it tallies in
Joseph Detheridge = 26 12 1746 st thomas to Jane Whitehouse they had 3 children
Children
Joseph 1786 d 1787
William 1760 dudley = 1779 Leah Parsons
Children
Joseph 1809
Jerimiah 1818 d 1819
Ann 1811
Jeremiah 1813
Samuel 1814 = Maria Weston their kids William 1838 / John 1846 / Mary Hannha 1849 / David 1841 / Ann 1835

Other child of Joseph and Jane Whitehouse
Benjamin 1784 = Mary Darby
their kids Edward 1805 = Hannah Cole /Joseph 1807 / Ann 1810 /Martha 1814 / Maria 1816= Edward Geary /Daniel 1822

I have had a look on the family search site and all the people fit in

I don't see how that is correct, Married 1746, then had children in 1760, 1784 and 1786 :?:

I think you are missing a generation here, there could be another Joseph and Jane or Mary Jane, or Sarah Jane, Detheridge, not all Marriages are on the IGI.

My apologises the tree provided isnt the easiest to deceipher and i missed a generation out

Joseph Detheridge and Jane Whitehouse
child Edward b 1760 = Nancy Woodall

Their children are
William =Leah Parsons
Banjamin = Mary Darby

the link would be Edward Detheridge who married Hannah Cole

His father Benjamin b 1784 married Mary Darby

Benjamins father Joseph Detheridge to Jane Whitehouse
