Chicken stir fry ideas pls

I have just bought

stir fry veg in a pkt
(carrots cabbage onion peppers beansprouts etc )

I have also bought
Mushrooms
baby corn
asparagus tips

Chicken filletts

right what can I cook and add to it

I'd just fry the chicken then add the veg and some soy sauce. Just before the veg is ready add some ready cooked noodles (if you can get hold of fresh then they just need to be warmed through).
I've never been a fan of those ready made stir fry sauces, and if I used one now I'd probably only add about 25% of what you're supposed to.

Having been a great fan of 'chuck in whatever I've got' type stir fries I think it makes a nice change to concentrate on just one or two flavours per dish so I think I might have simply stir fried the chicken (cut into bite sized chunks or strips) and mushrooms with some spring onions and then dressed it with soy sauce, then stir fried the vegetables with a hot and sour sauce. Serve separately with a bowl of plain boiled rice. If you had a couple of eggs and a bit of bacon knocking around you could have made a Chinese omelette with it and the asparagus tips.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
