This date you have entered IMO is very very misleading, it seems to be based on the 1841 census with a 30 year old giving 1811 we all know these ages were rounded down, you should have used the 1861 or 1871 and then the answer would have been 1807
So you can now discount the Edge variant, and possibly replace with one born in 1807 ie from LDS source gives
