Hot Air Balloon ride was....BRILLIANT!

Post by MarkCDodd »

Got there at 4:30 this morning. Took off at 4:45. Got to see the sunrise over the valley and was in the air for well over an hour.

Landed in a paddock (field) full of curious cows who surrounded us and just stood watching.

I have over 350 photographs to sort through and will linkt o a couple when I have finsished.

The sunrise ones are brilliant....

Great pics.
A couple of them show brilliant examples of oxbow lakes as well, we don't get many of those here nowadays, not even across the water meadows, as so many of the water courses here are stable.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

That's OK Rob. Your too old for their insurance to cover so you will never have to make the choice.
