There is a very specific date for his death. Do we know the original source for this? I think this William is still living in Hayseech in 1871 and 1881 with his brother-in-law Benjamin Harris.
I've just noticed that the date is the date of his father's death, so presumably someone, somewhere (I hope not me!) has wrongly attributed the date to the son.
