An excellent dish. It's especially good with green beans for some reason. In the past we've added some orange segments at the last minute but I find cutting the skin off the segments a real bind.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

I had a go and did a not bad one with Chicken tarragon and cream but would like to try this one of yours
