It's the head Charles I can't trace back......Mother says farm in Cotswolds. mrg cert for Jane and a Charles Clarke says CC. 1827 was boat builder.
Yes but you wanted to make sure that the marriage you had was the correct one
that 1911 census is coming out at married about 1882 so that 1881 looks ok
but if you wanted to be really sure you would get the b irth for Ralph which looks like Ralph Seymour.
Your question was family info or records
I suggest a mix of both! verify what you can as you go
once you know that marriage is ok then you can explore Charles and his family
