Hello everybody,
Currently I am seeking after the burial certificate of one of my ascendant, Pierre BOUTAUD, born in 1722 and belonging to a French family.
During the French Revolution, he emigrated and settled in Lisbon in 1792, where he died towards the years 1792 - 1802. Since his son, also emigrant, served in British Army at Lisbon, this burial certificate should be in the registers of the BRITISH FACTORY AT LISBON, conserved in the LONDON METROPOLITAN ARCHIVES ( Ref. : GB 0074 CLC/036 ).
If one among you had informations and would be kind enough to bring this act to me, I would be really very happy.
Yours sincerly
François de Suarès d'Almeyda
( Marseilles / France )
