Good book recommendations?

Post by rogerneilson »

Is it worth a section for this, have just started reading a couple of background ones about the servant and masters, might be interesting to see what people find informative.

They usually get put in The Snug; I think there's a specific thread for them.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

I think Roger means ones that are good for historical background info, not novels and cookbooks etc.

We have the Historical section for information on general areas
and we do actually in the Townships and Villages have a thread specifically
for Books on towns in the BC.

So I personally think the Historical section would suffice perhaps a thread
"Historical Books of interest" or similar.
That could cover all sorts of books
