ARC - Taylor family from Peckham/Camberwell area

Post by simon9274 »

Hello,
i am trying to find some infromation on the Taylor family whom originate from the Peckham/ Camberwell area as late as 1914.
My grandfather Sidney Arthur Taylor was born in 1914 to James Taylor and Emily Taylor (nee Williams) in Camberwell. They also had another child born James Emelius Walter Taylor in 1910.
James snr was born around 1874 in the same area and all i know about him is that his fathers name was also called James, this info being available on James marriage cert to Emily.
I am a Taylor myself and would like to find out about both James's and possibly go back further down the Taylor family line.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Simon Taylor.

The witneses to the marriage were Emelius Walter (presumably their first son, James in 1910, took his names as well) and Sarah Ann Williams.
