Ok then.....

So who is gonna enter all that Sturman stuff...don't all rush at once
Just any that aren't already on would be so helpful

So we still don't have Jaels parents.....
the marriage at Clent although I have the book it only goes up to 1837 2nd July!

But that baptism looks interesting Pete
wonder if a Jane Mole marries anyone?

I think that Jane Mole could be Jael Mole b abt 1817/1818

On the 1861 census John Sturman and Jael are living next door to a Samuel Holloway age 66 and wife Phebe age 68
he is a nailer b Worcs Hasbury- she is b Beech lane Kidsgrove

now is this an uncle....bro to Maria her mother....Maria Holloway

there is this one

could be Maria.... with a brother Samuel?
MIRIA HOLLAWAY Pedigree
Female
Birth: 17 JAN 1794

Christening: 22 JUL 1798 Saint Kenelms, Romsley, Worcester,

Father: BENJAMIN HOLLAWAY

Extracted

So I am thinking if I can connect Samuel Holloway b abt 1795 Worcs area to Maria as a sib
then that is why a Jael Sturman is living next door to him on 1861
and that would mean Jael Mole is indeed Jane Mole
one and the same

wot we think

Hi NL, think we should look carefully at the Mole/Holloway connection. There was a Male family in Hayley Green, at least as far back as 1830, and they lived next door to the Holloways. Just wondered if at some point, Male became Mole?? Linell.

You could well be right Linell
I think I might send for the marriage on this one....I am sure that they are the same person
and that father is John and mother Maria Holloway
and so on the 1861 Jael is living near family

hmmm bottle of wine or marriage cert......tricky decision
