Completed: Any input on W G Lock?

I am trying to find something about what sort of man he was and I know very little but think this may be him in the 1881 census.

The guy I am looking for came to Iceland in 1878 and 1880 so this one would be about the right age. In 1901 he looks to be living on his own means. Could someone find him and give me his occupation in 1871/1891? And his parents from an earlier census?

That came as a bit of a surprise really. This guy wrote a tour of Iceland in 1881 and it has loads of geology in it, much more than people usually wrote in those books, theories about how the country was formed and all sorts of stuff. So I expected some indication on the census that he knew what he was writing about - not beerhouse keeper!!!
