and I think....that Betsy marries again here

The only Phebe I can find is registered in the first quarter of 1861, so that can't be right when she's on the 1861 census.

William and Betsey are on the 1861 Census at Darby and Pargeters Colliery which was near Foxoak Cradley Heath:-

WILLIAM ROBINS Head Married 22 yrs
BETSEY ROBINS Wife " 22 yrs
