Kilvert Family Tree

Post by killa »

My name is Bill Kilvert from tropical Cairns in Queensland Australia and descended from the Manchester Branch of the Kilvert family.

I am interested in trying to log all Kilverts around the world and have some information on the Kilvert families in the West Midlands, especially the Dudley area. I hope to be able to log it on this site.

We have a Kilvert forum at: http://genforum.genealogy.com/kilvert/
where I have already posted many articles.

Cheers.....Bill.

Hi Killa
if you would like your web site added to the links would you add it there. Any names you want adding place them in the surname section and they will be added.
In this area your thread will go to the archives in 6 months so not really the best place to add all your family history.

A big Hi to Jo, snoopysue, peterd, Northern Lass and Maths girl for your lovely welcome.

And a thank you to Jo for advising me that "The Kilvert Families of Dudley" will go into the archives in six months. - I will transfer it to the family tree section and re-work it.

I assume that I go to the page that starts with "K" and then "Post A New Topic", then fill in the "Subject" - with "Kilvert Family Tree".

Is there any way that my information on the "Kilverts of Dudley", can be transfered to the "K" section by a moderator, OR, can I "cut(copy) and paste" it to the "K" section ? - I know that it is supposed to be logical, but I must be loosing a few marbles.

Cheers for now.....Bill
