*PR* St Thomas, Dudley Marriage Lookup - Dunn

Requesting a look up for the following marriage to find date of marriage, maiden name of wife and her age/dob.

James Dunn (Nailer) b. 1768 registered at St Thomas, Dudley marries 'Prudence' b. abt 1770 (maybe). I dont have even a year for their marriage but they had 9 children with the first one born in 1787 so chances are they started pretty quickly! They children's births are also apparently registered at St Thomas, Dudley according to the info on BCC so I assume their marriage would be registered there.

if it helps at all the children are:
Mary Dunn b. abt 1787
Theophilus Dunn b. abt 1788
Sarah Dunn b. abt 1790
Nancy Dunn b. abt 1792
Elizabeth Dunn (i think she died in infancy but no dates known)
Elizabeth Dunn b. abt 1796
Joseph Dunn b. abt 1798
Prudence Dunn b. abt 1800
(and slowing down now)
Rhoda Dunn b. abt 1804 (who sadly only lived to the age of 3)

And unconfirmed information found elsewhere suggests James Dunn's parents were Joseph Dunn b. abt 1740 and Mary Raybold (n.d.)

Would appreciate someone taking the time to see what they can find about this family and sorry I dont have any more information to give.

Without a church and a year difficult.

I think it would be fairly safe to say the church would be St Thomas and the year about 1785-87 but thats just a best guess still.

hmm odd that on the Hugh wallis site it is showing that St Thomas Dudley is covered years 1763-1834
so it should be on if at St Thomas Dudley

anyway someone may go and not mind looking thru a few years of marriages

it could be any church ...if they married at all.

I am aware that you have sent an email to my father (James Dunn). Looking into what my father has managed to trace back, we do not have a record for Edith Emma Matilda, although we do have her siblings Major William, Montague and others. Where did you find the information for Edith from? Theophilus Dunn is my great great great great Grandad, my line is from his son Joseph.
